To the fullest extent permitted by law, WaiverPRO shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Services, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

We may modify these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on our website and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Services after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Delaware.
